Ruth Langford arrested in an Eastern Tiers logging coupe for defending native forest. She was bailed that same day and given a date to appear in Hobart Magistrates Court on trespass charges.

Bradys Lake protest, 2024
After being taken into custody on his 82nd birthday for defending native forests, Uncle Jim was bailed, though refused to sign documents to appear in court on 11 Dec 2024.
Styx Valley protest, 2024
After his arrest defending native forest, Uncle Jim refused to attend court on 3 June 2024 and a warrant was issued. He was arrested again, given a new court date, 23 Sept, and again refused to attend.
